The Forerunner was a monthly journal published by M. G. Joseph in Hoshangabad. It was published from 1914 to 1917 (Vol. 1 to Vol. 3, No. 35).
The Ideas of India covers the following issues of the Forerunner:
- Vol. 1, No. 2 (January 1915)
- Vol. 2, No. 13 (December 1915)
- Vol. 3, No. 35 (October 1917)
The journal’s subtitles varied, including A Monthly Paper Devoted to the Cause of Religion and True Education and A Monthly Paper Devoted to the Cause of Religion.
